Ever since Taylors Master Valet first began we have provided the superior “Revival Leather Cleaning” service incorporating the latest chemicals technology and employing only fully qualified leather technicians.

Leather garments for many years have been sent to Taylors Master Valet from all over New Zealand and indeed from as far away as Texas in the USA for cleaning through the professional “Revival Leather Cleaning” process.

Garments once received are assessed then cleaned then assessed again before undergoing processes including hand cleaning, grooming, re-oiling, reshaping and in some cases, as required, redyeing or refinishing.

Ongoing consultation is provided by our shop staff and our technician throughout the process as required and we at Taylors Master Valet welcome input from you the customer as to the nature or cause of stains etc. as this input helps our technician to determine the best course of action to minimise or remove stubborn soiling.

Should you the customer wish to consult directly with our “New Zealand Leather and Shoe Research Association” trained technician prior to, or at any time during the processing of your valued leather garment our shop staff will happily accommodate.

Our trained staff members are happy to answer any questions regarding your garment and are more than happy to give advice as to the ongoing care.

We offer a reproofing service using a dedicated Leather and Suede product that also helps to minimise soiling. Please ask our shop staff about this when booking your garment for cleaning.

Taylors Master Valet also offers a full specialist leather repair service through the services of a local high quality leather garment manufacturer.
